Hi, and welcome to my summer internship blog. My name is Giuliana Martinez, but most people know me as Julie. I currently attend Sir Francis Drake High and will be a senior this coming fall. I was born in Peru and came to the US at the age of 5, and I am now 16 years old. I am getting closer and closer to graduating and having to decide what it is that I want to be when I am older. This is the reason why I have decided to intern this summer, for more experience.
Because of the ROP/STC Internship Class hosted by the Marin County Office of Education, I have created this blog to let others know of the many things I have learned from my summer internship at the Marin Abuse Women's Services, in San Rafael, CA.
